Full Interior Design E-Design Package - PhaseII

Phase II takes the design process to the next level after going through the Design Assessment and Phase I of the design process. Phase II is where the design starts to morph into a real space and come to life. We use the floorplan from Phase I to source furniture and put together a Design Board with purchasable furniture. Also included are 3D Renderings to help show the space with the furniture in it. This package is for one room.


Included :

  • Virtual Introduction Call - This is a 1 hour virtual meeting where we meet to discuss your project in further detail. During this call we will discuss all of the rooms and go over all details.
  • *Includes Design Assessment- We create an assessment of your style and aesthetics for the space.
  • * Includes Phase I
    • Floor Plan- Using the dimensions provided for the space, we create a layout to secure the functionality and purpose. We use this for Phase II, to choose the pieces of furniture with the correct dimensions for the space.
    • Concept Board- Present concepts that work in the space according to the layout.
    • Color Scheme- Introduce colors and textures into the space, to complete the overall look.
    • Virtual Call - Review the Floor Plan and Mood Board to finalize layout and the overall design direction. Color scheme, desired finishes and materials.
  • Design Board - The Design Board has all of the furniture and decor to show how everything coordinates. Hot spots are added to the board with links to the actual product.
  • Renderings - 3D renderings with a variety of perspectives for you to view of your space.
  • Revisions - 2 revisions. Revisions past two are available for an additional cost.
  • Presentation Call - This 30 - 60 minute call will allow us to go over the design in further detail. We will explore the renderings and I will answer any questions referring to the design.

Tips and Tricks: Ideas to help implement your design.
Your studio will include places for us to keep detailed notes, images, renderings all in one place for you to refer to whenever you need to.
Next steps:
After purchasing the Phase II package, you will receive our welcome message which will have instructions on what to do next. The Design Assessment and Phase I are You will be able to upload photos of the space, any inspiration you have and you will also be able to select a convenient date for us to have our 30 minute virtual meeting.
